Jiri Hrdy is interested in unraveling the complex fine-tune interaction between microbiota and the host immune system in health and disease. His special research interest is focused on the early postnatal period when tremendous changes in the development of both the neonatal immune system and pioneering microbiota take place. Jiri Hrdy is passionate about natural sciences including his hobby - beekeeping.
